1. Digital Services and Subscriptions
Palls offers digital services, including premium memberships and subscription plans. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time.
• If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
• If required by local consumer protection laws in Malaysia.

• Date and description of the issue
• Payment receipt or transaction ID

3. Subscription Cancellations
